Rental tow vehicles (Enterprise truck rentals etc)
I was doing a litter research for rental tow vehicles, I found Enterprise Truck Rentals is now renting 3/4 and 1 Ton trucks for personal use, at a affordable rate, they list
(3/4 Ton Pickup Truck SIERRA SLT 2500 CREW CAB OR SIMILAR)
for the 3/4
and
(1 Ton Pickup Truck 4X4 CREW CAB 169.5 IN. WB)
for the 1 ton. Has anyone here had experience renting these truck for towing a TT? The site says towing capable but extra fees may apply? I need to haul a 32'TT From NJ to SC but my tow rig might not be up to the task, if you have any experience with these are the brake controllers built in? Do they have standard 7way connections? They are closed until Monday and I just don't know what to ask I don't want to scare them away because I know some of the companys have employees that havery no idea what's going on they are their only to collect your money and hand you keys, that's my experience with the car rental anyway, any suggestions on how to deal with them? This will save me a fortune getting my new home home without risking my daily driver, I did post this question in a simular way in a running conversation, I was hoping to reach out to a wider audience. Thanks
And sorry if there are a lot of punctuation errors and misspelling my tablet is on its way out and does weird things I miss when typing.
