Rental tow vehicles (Enterprise truck rentals etc)

Only way OP will know is to call an Enterprise Truck Rental facility nearby and TALK to them. Given the disclosure of additional fees if a truck is used for towing, and the OP indicates it's a round tripper, I'm wondering about the mileage charge that may be involved. Seems like it could be a lot, and if there's any other hoops to jump, it may be more cost efficient to have a professional hauler do it one way from NJ.
