I just rented a 2017 Ford F250 4x4 crew cab gas 8' bed from Enterprise last month.
The local offices have different vehicles available and you need to specify which you want. Example: they also had a Ram 2500 4x4 crew cab short bed. I needed the long bed for work. When you use the website it just lists Full size pickup which could be a 1500 series.
The Ford was all set up for towing which was another reason I took it since I didn't know how long my truck would be in the shop and I might have to tow my cargo trailer to a jobsite. There are no mileage charges from Enterprise. You do have to let them know if you are going out of state.
As others have said let your insurance agent know exactly what you are doing and verify coverage. Let Enterprise know exactly what you are doing and verify contract terms.
FYI, that F250 regular rate is $80 day plus tax. Since I got the rental through State Farm, they have a rate agreement with Enterprise and it was only $50 day. Luckily my insurance policy rental coverage was $50 a day so the truck cost me nothing.
