x2 on enterprise truck rental. pretty reasonable. Also, United Rentals which I think are all over the US, rents trucks to tow with. Both of these companies will let you travel all over US while renting there truck and towing with it.
I found out most other rental companies wont let you tow with there rental, and if they did they wanted you to stay within a few hundred mile range.
