Unless you like the 'rolling sofa' since after all they don't build 'em like that anymore, sell it for cash or salvage would be the only other options besides fixing. Does it have auto-leveling suspension? Is that the reason for the cost?
The air ride was replaced long ago with a progressive coil spring conversion. I like the coils better for me
No, the issue is all the shocks, ball joints, A-arm bushings, trailing arms, tie rods, center link...basically everything that moves on the front and rear suspension but the rear coils need replaced.
The car is maybe worth 1,000...car max offer is in the low hundreds...
So, there is the rock and the hard place...
