The air ride was replaced long ago with a progressive coil spring conversion. I like the coils better for me
No, the issue is all the shocks, ball joints, A-arm bushings, trailing arms, tie rods, center link...basically everything that moves on the front and rear suspension but the rear coils need replaced.
The car is maybe worth 1,000...car max offer is in the low hundreds...
So, there is the rock and the hard place...

Sounds like by the price you do not intend on doing the labor yourself. If you are not doing the work it makes the decision a little more difficult. But if it was my vehicle and the rest of the vehicle was sound I would fix it. But I would also do the work myself.
