Replace Canvas side on Forest River

I have a 2012 Forest River Pop Up with a Queen on one bed and regular double on other side. On the side with dinette and folding kitchen I have a tear in the canvas in one of the windows. The tear goes through canvas, plastic and net(4 inch). Thinking about replacing just that part of canvas, (has zipper on both sides at the poles).

Any idea on where to get the canvas and about how much it would cost. I can install myself.
