I'm experiencing the same issues as you but mine is on the curb side of the camper. I'll be taking mine in next week to get the problems fixed. It looks like the roof and decking needs to be replaced also along with the ceiling panel in the bedroom area of the cab-over. I'm not looking forward to the expense of it all but it has to be done before Winter.
I wish I knew something about the Apache 8.65SE by Sun Valley to help you out but I don't. I did have at one time a Sun Lite 800SE but I traded it in for the one I have now.
