Replacement Bunk Mattress
Where could i find new replacements? I see a lot of mattress pads but no 28"x 74" bunk mattress.

I'd suggest to go to an upholstery supplier in your area and buy new high density foam. If you want to get on the memory foam bandwagon, you can purchase that separately and glue it to the foam.
FWIW, I was able to get my BIL to replace the foam and cloth for all my cushions and mattresses. They are as comfortable as any mattress I could have bought. I used this 4" high density foam but if you look through the catalog, you'll see that there are many different types and sizes.
