Replacement Bunk Mattress
Where could i find new replacements? I see a lot of mattress pads but no 28"x 74" bunk mattress.

You could get a 4" or so twin mattress topper for fairly cheap from eBay. Then just cut it to the shape that you need. I'd say anything 4" would be a comfortable mattress for most. The thicker the better.
