Actually, you may want to make sure that one "backwards" jack won't work for you before you go ahead and exchange it.
The right rear corner jack on my TC is angled such that the crank handle smacks against the side of the camper if you are not careful. All four jacks on mine are angled the same way. Front ones clear because of the dually brackets. Only the right rear is the problem.
