I thought about using a hinged section at the bottom for support on a standard queen, but then I thought about it being able to support some weight (like if you wanted to sit on the bottom of the bed to put your socks on or something). Came up with the solution that I could use a couple of surface table mounts like in a van and not bolting them to the floor, that way you could just put the bases on the floor and have the upper part on the bottom of the hinged portion then just slip the support tubes in and you would have instant support.
