This is a tough call. At 3.5 years old, it should have some life still in it.
A compromise might be the best answer. Consider replacing 4 tires now, and the spare in two or three years. When it is time for new tires on the ground again, rotate the spare into the ground tires and use a new one for the spare... All of the replacements being of your preferred brand of course.
