I have installed lots of these types of laminate in my house.
Normally the "click together" laminate floors are not supposed to be glued down when installed in a house. This is so expansion and contraction moves the whole floor as one unit and doesn't open gaps between the sections.
I would guess you would have the same expansion/contraction issue in a TT, probably even more so due to greater swings in temperature.
I doubt the floor would come up as the design of the snap edges make it very difficult to bend the joint upward. Personally, I would not glue it down.
