Not sure why once they yellow my eyes are drawn to it
Cause it's ugly and looks out of place on a new or relatively new camper or RV:B

Was unaware that ventline made the cable unit-I might have tried.
Gonna look into it a little more. I don't know. It might be a piece of junk and no better than what I already have. We'll see.
I did scuff it a little with some wet sandpaper, per sleepy's advice, and it did remove the top layer of yellow. Now, it's just light yellow. LoL

Personally, I want to just cover mine over and be done with it. Not much use anyway and I spend so much time in very cold weather, so it is a big heat loss.
That's my plan.

Yeah, there's that option too. But with the exception of a few trips to the local mountains, I doubt we'll ever venture beyond the Southwest region during the winter. Can't stand the cold (and I used to live in Colorado). Anything below 50, I cry like a little girl. :B

I wish Ventline or someone else made an aluminum version of this vent. It would hold up so much better than the cheap plastic ones being installed now.
Yep. Powder-coated white and you'd never have to think about it again.
