Requirements for towing and setup of a TT 3500lbs or less

I have traveled over 100K miles since retiring in a Class A and thinking about downsizing to a small TT towed with a F-150 or equivalent 1/2 ton truck and have several questions. Would any special hit...

A standard F-150 will have a tow rating of around 8,000 pounds and a payload of close to 2,000 pounds. Both of these are over double what is required for 3,500 pound trailer with 500 pound tongue weight. HD not required, unless you want triple the ratings needed.

Even a 2020 Ford Ranger has plenty of capability for a 3500 pound TT.
Ratings of 7,500 towing and 1,750 pounds payload.
