Rest areas?
I was just told it is illegal to spend the night in your camper in a rest area in Tennessee. Can anyone verify this? If this is indeed true, does it apply to other state's rest areas? How does on...

Just get off the highway where there's a Walmart like we do and spend the night (or day). WalMarts are all over the place and most allow spending the night. Many truck stops have RV areas these days, away from the noisy smelly trucks. There are plenty of places to spend the night for free. We don't like rest stops because they're just to noisy all night long.
