Retro 177 and sway control

Does anyone have a Retro 177 and do you use a Sway Control Bar?
  • I know this is old but wondered what you ended up doing for sway control?
We just purchased a 2015 Retro 177. We downsized from a 30ft trailer and the Blue Ox Swap Pro we used before is to much for the Retro. Our dealer said we did not really need any sway control for this trailer??
    Anyway loving the Retro.....

We have a Camplite 21BHS which is fairly light weight as well. Without much need for a WDH, we went with an Andersen Hitch because while it can do some weight distribution, it is great at sway control as well as dampening any bouncing while driving over small bridges, etc. It is easy to install and easily adjusted. We have put about 6,000 miles on the hitch and so far it has been great.
