I have Ricksons on my truck. I bought them probably about 2007-08 with no issues. Don't think I would try to get them now.
I had a similar experience to yours with them a coupe of years ago and all I needed was to replace one simulator. I finally ended up buying four new matching ones direct from Real Wheels. Spent weeks trying to get through and get any sort of commitment without any success.
