Are you talking about dually wheels? Those might be hub centric. I don't know as I have SRW axle.
My 06 dually (OEM steel wheels) definitely has hub centric wheels with the two piece flat lug nuts. If you look carefully some clearance can be seen between the lug studs and the holes in the steel wheels. Don't know about the SRW.
