We have a 29 foot Rockwood TT. The trailer rides a bit nose high but tows just fine. The dealer said it should ride a bit high although I had them lower the hitch one hole. Been back and forth to Yuma...
With a trailer of that length, nose high means tail low. The potential to drag the end of the trailer is higher as you don't have as much clearance if it were level or nose low.
I strove for level. If that would have not been achieved, I would have gone nose a bit low. My previous trailer had skid bars on the back (31 feet long), and they got drug a lot, and the trailer was pretty level.
