We have a 29 foot Rockwood TT. The trailer rides a bit nose high but tows just fine. The dealer said it should ride a bit high although I had them lower the hitch one hole. Been back and forth to Yuma...

As usual, the dealer is just telling you what ever to get you off the lot.
Level is best with nose low being OK. Nose high is not good and not necessary. It can be corrected but it takes the effort of lowering the hitch.
