Rivian Electric Truck takes on the Ike Gauntlet

At least the test seemed fair without the drama of running out of charge because of short charging like so many other EV tests.

The actual towing did very well. Yes wait for the 400 mile battery if planning to tow long distances.

My F150 only goes reliably 175 miles when towing. Less over I70. Although a 100% refill is faster. Performance wise the Rivian is in a different class.

I speculate regenerative braking may have been better if the cruise control was not used.
