None of us had remembered one of the key parts of having a good, helpful and friendly forum...Welcome to the forum.
I'm glad that PATwhaker mentioned the frontal issue, which we all apparently forgot about. Meaning, you can tow a boat or trailer with an ATV of X#, but not a travel trailer of the same weight due to the frontal drag...sort of like pulling a barn door down the road. Something you should definitely check.
On both RVNet as well as Hybrid Explorer, which you might want to check out, courtesy and helpful suggestions to the best of our knowledge is the key. Things that would not be said face to face should not be said anonymously. We all try to remember that. My own personal favorite is that if I would not say something to my grandmother, I'd best not post it online.
You asked about the quality and general info on the ROO 19. They are a good, upper midrange line with nice amenities. We came within inches of buying one and then changed to the 23SS. Having both the sofa and dinette is a plus. As in most hybrids, the bathroom is certainly not a spa experience, but quite functional. Personal preference is the ducted air, which the 19 does not have. It has center blast and does an adequate job, albeit a bit noisy for my taste. We had only one minor leakage issue and that was towing north on I-75 heading toward Detroit in an absolute monsoon. It was bad enough that DH pulled off the interstate twice to hope it would blow by. When we got settled in for the night, we had just a minimal amount of water in the front bunk and nowhere else. As for things you might add if not already there, strongly suggest vent covers for the bathroom vent and the living area. That lets you open the vent for air flow without water intrusion. Kitchen countertop space is a bit sparse, but the table is right there and handy to use if needed. It's a popular model.
Good luck in your decision making.
