My feeling is that you have a moisture/water issue somewhere in those areas. We had a couple of very small areas on the front bunkend of our 23SS. Since it was undercover 24/7, we weren't over concerned about it and generally don't camp with the weather is nasty anyway. Suggest you do a THOROUGH search in those areas. If it's near a place where 2 pieces or trims come together, get some RV caulk, remove the trim pieces or whatever and recaulk. Then just be aware and don't leave sleep over it. Check periodically.
