My guess would be that one was earlier manufactured model, even though they may be technically the same year. Since the exterior colors differ, they most likely had some of those bunkends in stock....they use up what they have and then change over. ROO is a higher volume unit, so they would have made the changeover earlier. It's always a surprise to see exactly what you're getting. We just moved to a Rockwood Ultra Lite 2604 with the standard dinette. Have seen many pix online of the 2013 with a free-standing table and 4 chairs. Just whatever is available that day. Enjoy your new ROO, we loved ours and it's looking like it's found a new home...hope to know 100% by the end of the day.
BTW, if you're ever in the Millersburg, IN area - northern part of IN - it's well worth calling ahead to schedule a plant tour. Very interesting and we learned a lot.
