Jul 14, 2016There's not going to be much of a difference between the two. Both Forest River products so when it comes to customer service, build quality, and reliability then the two will be virtually the same. I've looked at both units in detail and they're both built well. Lots of real wood throughout with very little pressed board. I eventually went with Coachmen and we have not been disappointed. Coachmen had a construction advantage like Azdel in the walls.
So far the service on the Coachmen side has been great, but I'd imagine it would be the same one the Rockwood side. What it really boils down to is getting into each unit and figuring out which one will work better for you. A lot of times it comes down to little convenient features and how things are placed throughout the trailer.
