I've found Rockwoods warranty support to be less than ideal. Without getting long winded i'll just say good luck if you need any type of warranty work, even with a top notch dealer involved. Be prepared to wait forever for approvals and parts. Just to be clear, I'm not talking simple cosmetic issues but things such as fresh water tanks that fall out and torsion axles over 1" out of alignment for starters.
I have learned my lesson. Caveat Emptor.
