I am thinking about being in NTW in early to mid July. That is about a month later than I been there in the past. The last time I was at the Arctic Ocean, there was only about 6 inch of water along the shore before the massive ice sheet. By going later I will see a little different vegetation but maybe more smoke from wild fires. It's a toss up.
