What do you mean "coming up"? You can see the edge of the rubber where it has pulled from from behind the gutter/trim strip? Or it is simply just loose and not perfectly tight to the roof in this spot?
It is very common even on brand new trailers and most folks do not do anything to it unless the area becomes larger, begins leaking, or traps air in it when under tow. You will need to monitor it.
