I would imagine you have a good amount of rotten wood in that roof if you have damage down to the floor. Is the roof soft? About a square foot of roof was soft in our rear corners and the damage extended back about 10 feet. We replaced the entire roof including all of the plywood and much of the wood in the rear half of the trailer roof, walls, and floor. What seems to be fairly minor water damage can quickly turn into a MAJOR project.
