Roof maintenance, Dicor or Eternabond

So would I use just soap and water and brush to clean the roof? What about bleach or something else? I know mineral spirits is bad for the rubber roof.
That EPDM liquid roof coating sounds interesting, a little spending, but might be worth the insurance.
Right now I am thinking clean roof, reseal the cracked dicor with Dicor lap sealant. Do seams with eterna bond tape, and finally a coat of EPDM liquid roof.
I am wondering now though if I am going to do all of this maybe I should mount my solar brackets and have the wire run before I do the whole roof. Still undecided.
