I had some cracking on the Dicor on my Northstar last year. I just went up with a brush and mild detergent to clean off the dirt, rinsed well then allowed to dry. I then applied a coat of Dicor over the previous layer. If your cracks are such that you can you can peel off the old, do so. If it's just starting to show cracks, Dicor can be applied directly over the old once cleaned. I used Eternabond under the feet of my solar install and places like under the flanges of the roof vent. But I prefer the self leveling Dicor as the surface sealant.
