My experience has been that Eternabond, Dicor and the liquid EPDM are all good products, however each has their own quirks
Dicor is by far the easiest to use (including prep and installation) but has the shortest life span
Eternabond has a far longer life span but unless you prep and install it properly (which the install part requires a bit of elbow grease) you are wasting your time. You HAVE to roll this stuff down HARD. Also it very difficult to install on complex seams, such as corners where 3 walls come together to a point.
The liquid EPDM I feel is the longest lasting product, but requires a bit of time for prep and installation. If you are looking at spot repair, look at the above two products. If you have several hours and want to seal every single possible seam on your roof for years to come, liquid EPDM is the product you want.
