I’d replace the rubber roof and all the roof vents and other roof penetrations if you are going to do it.
That way you get to put eyes on the roof decking. You may be surprised what you find.
Remember that there are three kinds of RV’s
1) those that have leaked
2) those that will leak
3) those that are currently leaking
