You left out a step.
13 amps times 110 volts = 1,430 watts to run AC
1,430 watts divided by 1,000 = 1.43 kilowatts to run AC
1.43 kilowatts times 1 hour = 1.43 kilowatt hours
1.43 kilowatt hours times $0.25 = 36 cents cost to run AC for 1 hour continuously
You will have to estimate how long that bad boy stays on. Sweating isn't my thing either.
