They give it for all car tires and I've got 60,000 miles warranty on 17" tire.
Looks like 19.5 is consider commercial and treadlife is marked N/A.
I've been Michelin only user for 20 years and they perform excellent on CA roads where slippery condition happen only few times a year.
The long-lasting hard rubber will not give good handling in slippery condition.
So for highway driving in good conditions I would definitely go for Michelins, for offroading and bad weather Other brands could be better.
19.5 is commercial and the sidewall clearly states regroovable on the Toyos
