I'm seeing a lot of nice suggestions about alternative trailers, but most of them don't seem to take into account the big issue of whether their bathrooms are more spacious. That is one of the main reasons why the OP is thinking of switching.
Personally I am unsure about any trailers of similar size or aerodynamics, but with a larger bath. What are the dimensions of the RPod's bath? For reference, the Escape (molded fiberglass, made in British Columbia) wet bath is 48" x 31" if that helps.
Or is it that she wants a dry bath? I had one in my previous TT, a KZ E16RB, but it was shy on knee room if sitting with the door closed.
