rug vs spray in vs slide in liner

I like a slide-in liner as it makes it a lot easier to slide things into the bed and to slide them back out without having to climb up into the bed. I put a rubber mat in the bed when I want a non-slip surface but can take it out when doing serious hauling with the truck. It helped that I got the GM dealer to add the bed liner at no charge.
