Its not like they don’t make the 3 way fridges any more…
I don't think they do......advances in propane safety have made the inefficient 12v mode unnecessary for powering the fridge while underway.
Even if they do make a 3-way fridge, I don't think any TT manufacturers offer them even as an option.
I see more 2 way used as standard and don’t know about if it is offered as a option…
But apparently they are made, and the OP says 12V is on the panel…
I know the dealer told him it was a 2 way and that would be the most likely guess, but the information given is open to question and the question needs the model information to be answered… without it all else is guessing…
Atwood 3 way
Norcold 3 way at dyersonline
Dometic 3 way on Ebay
Good Googling! I couldn't find an Atwood 3-way and figured they didn't make one, so the 12v on the panel was an indicator light. Good catch and I stand corrected, and you are correct now we need the model # to see whats what.
Seriously, this would be something new in the industry, RV mfrs haven't put 3-way fridges in campers in 20 years. In fact, many hi-line A's and 5er's are coming with 1-way i.e. residential fridges.
