I agree. It's under warranty and your bung weld is failed (as Old Biscuit) says.
To the OP:
If Old Biscuit and SidecarFlip both agree that you have a broken weld, you can bet your bottom dollar, 'that' is the problem. Both these gentlemen have many years RVing experience and even more years experience solving life's problems than most viewers of RV.net.
My two cents worth. Worth what you paid for it!
