$400 for the Adco seems high. Have you talked to CW?? Tell them the year, make and model and where you live. They'll tell you the right cover for you. Seems like we paid $250 or so for ours, granted that was in '07, but can't think they've gone up that much. Might also check with RVW.
If you're thinking of using the cover on and off for each trip, it's a PITA. If you know you're not going to use the trailer for several weeks, that's another story. Yes, you'll need a ladder and something with a long handle...broom will likely work. Takes about 1/2 hour give or take. Your trailer is going to take a beating sitting in the FL sun and heat, especially the caulking and decals. We store our trailer undercover 24/7, still used the Adco in the winter and it looked like brand new when we sold it this past spring. The only area that wasn't protected from the sun was the rear bunkend and you could really see the difference. We had just ordered a new decal for the rear bunkend because it was getting really crappy looking - cracking, starting to peel, dry. New owner got both new tires and a new rear bunkend decal.
