I didn't want to wait the 2 weeks so I ended up buying the Lexan panel at Lowe's. Lowe's has a Lexan cutting station as part of the Lexan display and they made the three cuts for me for free.
You can do the job with a single sheet of Lexan 48" by 36" $67.97.
Cut#1 - cut the 48"x36" into 2 pieces, 1-26"x36", 1-22"x36"
Cut#2 - chop off the 26"x36" to be 26" by 32" this is the bottom
Cut#3 - chop off the 22"x36" to be 22" by 26" this is the top
My door has a curved top so the only thing I had to do was buy the $4 tool to etch and snap off the curves at the top. Quite easy actually. I'm using velcro to mount the Lexan on the inside. I mounted the piece that goes on the top so I could see the curves thru the lexan. Using a dry-ink marker I traced the curve on each side onto the lexan.
Then I pulled it down off the velcro, got a cup of coffee and spent oh about 30 minutes carefully using the cheap little etch tool to deeply groove the trace lines (I probably went way deeper than I needed, but better safe then sorry). With the curves deeply etched, a simple pair of pliers is all I needed to snap it.
When I bought the Lexan, I also bought a $2 pack of #220 sand paper and that's what I used to smooth the edge (although honestly it was already pretty smooth enough).
