Several friends have gotten really good prices by taking delivery of TTs at the show. That saves the dealer the cost and hassle of transporting the TT back to their lot. Yeah, it's had potentially hundreds of people walk through it, but if you can save a few more thousands off their "rock bottom" price it is worth negotiating if you are ready to pull the trigger right now.
I personally have never done that with an RV, but I have done that with some printing equipment for the company I worked for.
