The "Show" price of my 2018 Reflection was almost 10K more than I paid for it. Everything is negotiable including dealer fees. The price they are asking is not the price you should feel you have to pay - even on used.
If you want to get a feel for price on used units, then you have to look at for sale ads for that model or very similar. Just google the make and model and you will find ads. Don't overpay because someone has been paying 75 a month on a 28K loan and is underwater.
On new, start with 30 - 35 percent off MSRP. Use the calculator on your phone. If you feel comfortable with that, then start looking at the dealer fees - some are avoidable, some can be negotiated down. Your not going to get a walk-through that's worth the price they are asking for anyway. Research other dealer fees and bring that up if lower.
Above all, don't be overly excited and be willing to walk away.
Good luck!
