I don't get too excited over shows or "special sales". All are gimmics to some extent to encourage you to buy, thinking you are getting a special price. RV prices seem highly subject to big discounts off of sticker prices and you may get that even if nothing special is going on. No dealer of RVs or motor vehicles is going to discount beyond a point but they always want you to think they are. Of course prices vary with season, model, demand, etc. So I don't think we ever know what the "real price" is. Just offer way below what you think they will accept and go from there.
