Only other consideration is mini-bathtub or shower stall. The tub can act as overflow protection for grey water tank. We used a trailer with only a shower stall and it turned out that there was a problem with the grey water tank. It overflowed out through the shower all over the floor - what a mess! A tub would contain the problem.
