I pay $120 a month at the storage lot at the fairgrounds in our small bay area town. Gravel lot, no dump station, 24 hr electric gate and that's it. The only benefit is that it's within 2 miles from my home. There is a shortage of storage places and the prices are very high but what are ya gonna do if you don't have the property to park your toys?
