I have a booth and a free standing table. Initially, I had the table mounted onto a fixed pedestal. The table was able to rotate. After two pedestal fails, I mounted folding leg sets to the table bottom. They were about $20 at a Big Box store. Now, the table can be moved to accommodate seating, folded and set on the seat brackets to make into a bed, or even used outside (although we've never done that).
