The shop where I had my new dual cam installed gave me this info. I took a look today & it doesn't make sense that the chains are getting pinched. There is a small "pocket" for the chains to go in so they stay out of the way so I'm still at a loss as to why my bracket & cam are bending. This has been happening since I installed a new 15,000 lb Reese hitch last year. I phoned Reese & their answer was simply that you can't mix old with new. Well with the new dual cam installed everything is new so we'll see how this plays out. Thanks.
